Man Wanted on Vehicular Manslaughter DUI Arrested on Bicycle in Riverside

A 21-year-old man wanted for vehicular manslaughter and DUI was arrested in Riverside after police spotted him riding his bicycle.

Hugo Alejandro Rico of Riverside was allegedly under the influence when he ran a red light in February and hit an SUV. A passenger in the backseat of the SUV died in the crash.
