Riverside County Court Posts Incorrect BAC in Transit Official’s DUI / DWI Case

Riverside County Superior Court officials say that initial reports that a Palm Springs transit official’s blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit after a DUI / DWI arrest were incorrect.

Charles Oglesby, the general manager of the SunLine Transit Agency, was arrested on suspicion of DUI / DWI on July 3 and the Riverside County Superior Court’s website reported that his BAC was .15, nearly twice the legal limit. However, court officials now say that figure was incorrect because of a clerical error, but are refusing to release the correct figure.
